Guys, I just discovered the most amazing thing!
This is real and it happens yearly.
Inside said book, was pure beard gold and talked all about the competition!
They travel all around the world holding the competition and the best part is that it will be in Vegas this year!!
Totally achievable distance!!
Since the hubs is a sexy bearded man of course we need to go an partake in this awesomeness!!
The competition is in November and I can't wait!!

This is awesome...I was just going to post about beards! My lovely man has one and since we are Oregonians we do love our beards! Those beards are intense!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read your beard blog!! I have serious beard love! I'm pretty sure that's what attracted me to my hubs first. :-)
Deletehaha my boyfriend didnt have a beard when we first met, but we were friends for about a year before dating and he quickly found out that I'm attracted to only bearded men. He grew one fairly quick! I forgot to mention that your "mormon mom" comment on my DIY made me laugh so hard, I was seriously terrified of writing that post in fear of an actual mormon mom getting angry haha.
DeleteI always joke with my boyfriend that he should compete in the Whisker Wars, lol. Good luck to your husband!!!
ReplyDeleteOh the hubs isn't competing, though he probably could in some categories. We just want to check out all the awesomeness! Also, how have I never heard of Whisker Wars before this!?! I just looked it up and it's going to be starting it's second season this Fall. I'm going to have to DVR or Netflix that! It looks like it's a lot of the same people that go the Beard Championship.
Deletei am soooo in love with this! my boyfriend, as well as all of his male relatives, are the furriest creatures you have ever seen!! they would love this!
ReplyDeletehaha! this is awesome! i like my man with facial hair but i wont let him grow out a full beard...i wrote a post on this awhile back!

I wish my husband would grow out some facial hair, but he won't because he's afraid of looking like a terrorist. Good luck to your ginger!
ReplyDeleteHaha that's so awesome! Yeah november is moustache month, 'november' or in Dutch 'Snorvember' (snor = moustache). I went to a Snorvember house party twice, everyone wore or grew moustaches, it was really fun!

This looks like it will definitely be worth checking out! So funny!
ReplyDeleteBTW, I have lots of redheads in my family. They are fire-y and fun! Now following you on GFC. :)
My husband grew his very first beard in his life this last month. I loved it every minute of it and stroked it constantly. It drove him CRAZY. Sadly, his face-mane succumbed to the razor this week. I wanted to cry a little... you are one lucky lady. Hold on to that scruff gingered gold good and tight!
