Here was our meal last night:
Hamburger patties infused with bacon and blue cheese with asparagus!
Sooooo tasty!
He made creme brulee after dinner as well!
Sorry I didn't get a picture of that,
I kinda fell asleep early without dessert.

Okay, I don't like hamburgers BUT the combination does sound delicious! I am sure many have suggested to Scott about competing on Iron Chef so I will add to this list. Has Scott thought about auditioning? I think he would do so well under Chef Ramsey because of how calm and laid back he is along with the "I don't give a shooty" atitude! He'd do well!
